Wouldn't you like to see your favorite senior boy in swim attire?
Student Council is trying a new-fundraiser this year called Mr. SVHS. Senior boys will compete against each other in Sportswear, Formal wear, Talent, and an Interview. The winner will be crowned Mr. SVHS.
To become a participant, each boy must have a club, sport, or activity as his sponsor. During the sportswear portion of the competition, each boy will wear something to represent his sponsor. We ask that the sponsoring activity pay $10 to enter their nominee. If the nominee then wins, the activity will get $50. Mr. SVHS participants will get prizes donated from local businesses.
This event will take place on Friday, March 5 at 7:00 p.m. There will be an admission fee, but all who pay the fee will receive a ticket and can vote for their favorite candidate during intermission. We will also have judges and combine their scores with the votes to determine the winner.
