Stillman Valley High School recently chose their January Students of the Month.  Teachers nominated students who stood out for a variety of reasons.  Several students were nominated, and the administration chose one from each class.

Representing the freshman class is Morgan Bick.  She is an incredibly conscientious student who strives for excellence at all times.  Furthermore, Morgan always has a positive attitude, is helpful to others, and participates well in class.

Representing the sophomore class is Rylee Mercaitis.  She has really shown growth and maturity this year, choosing to focus on academics and finding success.  In addition to all this, she has also carved out time to serve at the Family Literacy Night.

Representing the junior class is Lucas Johnson.  He has shown great integrity in his willingness to help and show kindness to others.  Furthermore, Lucas is a hard working and an incredibly positive student, who is always ready with a smile.

Representing the senior class is Savannah Nelson.  She has shown tremendous character by showing that she cares for other students, frequently going out of her way to be kind and considerate to others.  Additionally, Savannah has displayed a willingness to step out of her comfort zone and try new things, displaying a positive attitude in doing so.

For all their hard work, dedication to service, and motivation, these students received a $25 VISA gift card from our local Stillman Bank, and also a gift basket from the SVHS administration.

Congratulations to all the January Students of the Month!
