Stillman Valley High School recently chose their April Students of the Month.  Teachers nominated students who stood out for a variety of reasons.  Several students were nominated, and the administration chose one from each class.

Representing the freshman class is Vicky Horton.  She is a leader among her peers, actively participating in class discussions to further understanding of the material.  Furthermore, Vicky’s positive attitude and strong work ethic are appreciated by her teachers.

Representing the sophomore class is Juliana Kann.  She is an incredibly diligent worker who is also a great help to her classmates.  In addition to all this, Juliana seeks out additional help when needed in an effort to not only ensure her understanding of the material, but also her success in the class.

Representing the junior class is Tarah Knox.  She is not only a hard worker, but she is also very genuine and friendly.  Furthermore, Tarah works well with all students, successfully encouraging her peers to be successful.

Representing the senior class is Brooklyn Schelling.  She is a conscientious student who is always prepared, asks insightful questions, and actively participates each class period.  Additionally, Brooklyn’s positive attitude and inquisitive nature make her the type of student that teachers truly enjoy having in class.

For all their hard work, dedication to service, and motivation, these students received a $25 VISA gift card from our local Stillman Bank, and also a gift basket from the SVHS administration.

Congratulations to all the April Students of the Month!
