SVHS Math class

Algebra 2 students are finishing chap.7, and will have one more test before third quarter ends.

Pre Calculus students are finishing chap.7, and will have one more test before the quarter ends on March 10.

All Junior level Math classes are continuing the review process for the upcoming ACT and PSAE test in April. Algebra 2 students and Pre Calculus students are currently studying problems involving Trigonometric situations.

The teachers within the Math Department have done an extensive study of both weak and strong areas of student competency resulting form the Practice ACT test given in November. Using the item analysis technique, the teachers are beginning the process of incorporating these competency concerns with their daily curriculum.
