Meet Mrs. Mork!

Mrs Mork grew up in Cary, IL. She attended Wheaton College for a year and transferred to the University of NE, Kearney Campus, where she graduated Summa cum Laude with a BS in Chemistry and Biology. She began her teaching career at Zion Benton High School in 1987. She has continued her education by taking graduate courses in material science and in medical research. She moved to Rockford in 1988 where she met and married her husband of 17 years. In 1990 she joined the staff of Stillman Valley HS, where she teaches chemistry, physics, and Advanced Placement chemistry. She coaches the WYSE team.
A mother of three, she doesn't find much time for hobbies, but she enjoys quilting and crafts. Her favorite books are mysteries and the old fashion "who done it books."
