You're invited to complete your FAFSA!
On Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012 @ 6:00 p.m., @ SVHS in Room 103, you are invited to come in and receive personal assistance filling out your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You will learn about grants, loans and work-study that may be available to you.
There is limited seating, so please sign up by Friday, Jan. 27 in the Counseling Office or call 815-645-2291, ext. 4147.
You will need to bring with you the following information:
- Social security numbers
- PIN - (Personal Identification # (*see below for instructions)
- Latest tax information, W-2 forms, and/or last pay stub for 2011
- Records of untaxed income: child support received, workers' compensation, disability, etc.
