Take Charge of Education

Target Rewards

October 02, 2008

The "Take Charge of Education" initiated by Target is working well at SVHS. So far we have earned another $435.47 for our school. The money from Target comes with "no strings" attached, so SV can use these funds for any of our school needs.

We thank all of you parents who are participating in this program. Because of you it is working. Thank you for using your "Redcards" at Target and helping us with providing the best educational tools we can for your daughters and sons.

If you are interested in being an active participate in "taking charge of education," here is how it works. First, you need to sign up for a Redcard at Target. You can do that in the store or online. Just click on the link below to access the information to sign up. NOTE: Just because you sign up for a Redcard, does not mean that you have signed up for the 1% of rewards that Target gives. You will need to go to "Current Cardholder" once you have signed up for the card and select your school.

Target RedCard Website

When you use Target's Redcards(SM),  Visa(R) Credit Card, Target Credit Card(SM) or Target Check Card(SM), Target will donate up to 1% of your purchases to SVHS. The more people involved, the more your school can earn.

We hope more parents will become involved in the program. Wouldn't it be nice to receive a check next time from Target for $1,000?!!!
